Silt in-situ shallow solidification system
- Quality assurance
- Fast delivery
Description
The in situ soil mixing equipment is mainly used for shallow soil mixing of soft soil layer, clay, sludge, peat and polluted soil. The in situ soil mixing equipment is mainly a excavator mounted soil mixer (0-9 meters deep), mixing the soft soil with the soil binder, thus changing the geological structure, enhancing soil stability, and forming a stable and solidified foundation.
Advantages of Silt in situ soil stabilization system
Friendly To Environment
No need to remove soil or silt, convert silt into available subgrade filler.
Short Construction Time
After 3 to 5 hours, the soil is stabilized and can be used for further construction.
Easy To Operate
Once set, automatic operation, almost no operational difficulty.
Low Cost
No transport costs, soil binders (agent) are easy to obtain and cheap, the price of a whole set of equipment is far lower than other solutions.
Application
Construction Process
Step 1: selection and proportion of solidification stabilizer for silt soft soil
The key of sludge solidification and stabilization treatment is the selection and proportion of solidification agent. Different sludge has different characteristics and the purpose of resource utilization. The types of pollutants, the content of heavy metals, the requirements of solidification time and the requirements of solidification agent are different. Therefore, the preparation technical scheme of sludge solidification and stabilization agent is determined according to the specific requirements of the construction party. However, the basic requirements are: fast curing speed, high compressive strength after curing, the same internal and surface effects of the curing and stabilization reaction, and low economic cost.
For the selection and proportion of curing agent, small-scale soil sampling test can be carried out first, such as 1-10 cubic meters of geology, mixing with common curing agent, acceptance of results within 3-5 days, and determination of the optimal type and proportion of curing agent after multiple experiments. For the construction party with rich construction experience and qualification, it can also be selected and proportioned according to its experience, provided that the curing quality can meet the requirements.
Step 2: equipment selection and purchase
After the preliminary survey of the construction site, determine the water content of the soil. For dry soil, the water content is less than 100%, it is recommended to select the wet spray mixing and solidification system.
For the silt with water content more than 100%, such as riverbed, swamp and so on, which was originally immersed in the water. It is recommended to select dry spray mixing curing system.
Step 3: overview and application of dry spray and wet spray mixing and curing system
Use of equipment: fill the storage tank with the selected curing agent through the powder tank truck (when 3-4 curing agents are needed, the storage tank shall be added by itself). The operators in the control room set the ratio of each curing agent and the amount of powder (kg / min) and other parameters according to the requirements, and the system will automatically mix and supply the curing agent powder. For the wet spray mixing and curing system, the ratio parameters of each curing agent and the water cement ratio parameters shall be set for operation. After startup, the system will automatically mix and transport according to these settings. Refer to the equipment operation manual for details.
